SMALL MARKER / PRECISE LOCATION
PT-M011ProofTimeline
One point. One history.
The QR opens the record for this point. The human-readable ID helps you find it again.
30 mm example format; final size, material, fixing and scan distance require testing.

TRY THE POINT RECORD
Find the marker. Follow the history.
Select a marked point, then move through its visits. The identity stays the same while the evidence grows.
Illustration · marker positions are examples, not installation instructions
The same point across three visits.
No follow-up evidence received. The current condition is unknown; a previous observation does not establish today’s condition.
Fictional records · no live storage
WHAT THE MICRO QR ADDS
Stop guessing which point it was.
A marker gives the observation an address. It does not measure the material.
The point stays identifiable.
Separate nearby concerns, return to the same location and keep previous findings attached when contractors or staff change.
Photograph the marker in context, then add a close-up of the concern. Record the room, asset and viewing direction.
The evidence keeps its source.
Keep photographs, readings, specialist findings and work notes distinct. Record who observed what and when; retain the original before adding a follow-up.
A QR is a link, not a security credential. Production records require authorised access and controlled sharing.
WHAT IT DOES NOT PROVE
A QR alone does not guarantee matching camera angles or sub-millimetre accuracy. Measurement needs a suitable method, scale, calibration and validation. Fix markers beside the affected area on a suitable stable surface, with the inspector’s approval; do not cover damage.
TILES + EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT + REPORTS
Quote for the points you need to follow.
Tell us about the properties, assets and inspection records you need. We’ll scope the markers, evidence service and reports. Optional sensor connections are agreed and validated separately.
You arrange installation, competent inspections and remedial work. The demonstration uses fictional records; production record storage, permissions and integrations still require validation.
